Terms of use

The conditions that govern GLYTCH access, membership, and product use.

Membership

GLYTCH membership is a recurring purchase. Price, cadence, renewal date, cancellation method, shipping restrictions, and applicable tax are disclosed at checkout. Invite Day pre-orders charge the first box at purchase; the recurring cycle begins when the first box ships.

Access

First-wave status and invite eligibility do not guarantee perpetual inventory availability. Invite codes are single-use, non-transferable for sale, and subject to capacity and fraud controls.

Returns and replacements

Because GLYTCH is food, we can't take back opened product. If your box arrives damaged or wrong, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos. Send the box back and we'll ship you a replacement. You can cancel any order for a full refund before it ships.

Product use

For healthy adults 18+. Contains caffeine. Follow the label and do not exceed the stated daily use.
